KALIA CARE MARCH UPDATE
Dear Parents,
March is just an unpredictable
month as far as the weather is concerned, so please continue sending in snow
pants and boots for your child. Remember that as long as the wind chill factor
and the temperature are above thirty-two degrees the children will be going
outside to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.
To be totally informed about
this month’s happenings, please read the following:

Congratulations to Miss Tiffany on her
engagement!
·
Miss Kristen will be working alongside
Miss Felicia when Miss Patricia goes on a mini-vacation from the 19th
– 22nd.
·
Children, who are brushing their teeth
here at school, must have a replacement toothbrush every three months or after
an illness.
·
Driving slowly through the parking lot
and following the correct flow of traffic as indicated by the pavement lines,
will insure everyone’s safety.
·
Towards the end of the month, Kalia
Schools will be participating in a Hop-A-Thon to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy
Association. This gives the children the opportunity to learn more about MD and
provides them with a fun way to help others. We will be sending home a packet
and a permission release shortly that will give you all the information
necessary to support this worthy cause.

On Thursday, April 1st at
2:30 P.M., Kalia Care will sponsor its annual Spring Fling and Egg Hunt.
Everyone is welcome to attend and you’ll never know who might be hopping by!
Towards the middle of March, a refreshment and volunteer sign-up sheet will be
posted for anyone who would like to help out.
