Erin Duncan graduated from Dean College with her Bachelors in Art in 2006 and has been teaching dance for over 15 years at Kalia Karr. Erin started dancing with Kolleen at the age of 4 and is a current member of the Greater Brockton Dance Teacher’s Association. Miss Erin is the Director and choreographer for all our performance and competition ensembles. She worked at Walt Disney Resorts for a year in the entertainment department performing in parades and stage shows, but missed teaching so much that she knew she had to return home to her true passion. Erin’s choreography has received top scores and special awards at multiple competitions in the area, and she also choreographs for local high school musicals. She has volunteered in her community as a Pop Warner cheer coach, and a dance instructor at the local YMCA. Erin has studied with some incredible teachers including Joan Palladino, Wyatt Jackson, and Jean Wenzel, and frequently takes master classes to stay current and inspired. Her passion for dance and love for her students make her classes fun, challenging and motivating.
